This paper is fundamentally a tokenomics and protocol design document, not a quantitative trading strategy, forecasting model, or statistical analysis. It does not propose trading signals, portfolio construction methods, or market prediction techniques. The debt index is used as a supply-side policy input for a token, not as a trading signal. There is no empirical analysis of market behavior, no backtesting, and no performance metrics. The operational complexity is moderate-to-high due to the multi-component architecture and network dependencies.

The mathematical model is fully specified with deterministic formulas and clear parameter definitions. However, there is no code repository, no empirical backtesting, no simulation results, and no implementation code provided. The paper is a whitepaper/design document rather than an empirical study. Reproducibility of the token mechanism depends on XRPL network amendments (TokenEscrow) and oracle infrastructure that are not yet deployed. The IMF WEO data source is publicly available, but the full pipeline from data ingestion to policy execution is not implemented or tested.
